Executive Director

Tina Kappes

Hi, I’m Tina Kappes, the Executive Director of the office. My husband and I opened this practice in April of 1996, and today we are proud to be known as a premiere chiropractic office for Bowie and the surrounding communities. We have a great staff totally dedicated to serving our patients in the best possible way. Our office prides itself on patients who achieve the desired results and are pain free and functioning well through chiropractic care. I am regularly in the office through the week and am happy to help with any questions that may arise or will see that you are directed to the right person. We look forward to being of service to you and your family and friends.

Clinic Director

Dr. Scot Kampmann

I am Dr. Scot Kampmann, the Clinic Director. My goal in chiropractic is to regain normal function of spinal joints and help restore a more normal posture. By doing this we help regain a person’s health and vitality. Posture correction is one of my favorite things to help our patients achieve. I also enjoy treating children. Chiropractic helps children grow up healthy and strong without restriction in their spine.

Carrie Takemori – Office Manager

I have been with Total Wellness Chiropractic Center since June of 2002.
You will probably meet me on your first visit to our office. I am one of two people who handle the initial consultation you will have. I will go over some VERY important information about our office and about chiropractic. I am also one of two people who will go over the Doctor’s report of findings, and treatment recommendations with you, on your second visit. I will be able to assist you in finding out what your insurance will cover and any other account questions you may have throughout your treatment. If you have any questions or concerns about the office or staff, please notify me immediately so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

Front Desk

Renee Zellers

Hi, I’ m Renee- the receptionist at the Total Wellness Chiropractic Center. I’m the person who handles all calls and greets and processes all incoming patients. I’ll also work with you to schedule your visits and keep you on track with the doctor’s recommendations. My main objective is to help make your experience at Total Wellness of Bowie a great one where we are exceeding our patient’s expectations. I look forward to meeting you!

Hi! I’m Tammy, the Chiropractic Assistant @ Total Wellness. I have been here for a little over a year and will teach you your exercises and get you settled on your therapies.
